If you do not have any physical health issues, don’t get it. You do not need it. Especially if you think you may have anxiety. It can make it worse. you may get anxious once you see that your heart rate can be higher than you expected in certain situations, like social activities, hot weather, long walks, etc, crowded areas. It can cause you to obsess over your heart rate when you do not need to most of the time. It can make you feel uncomfortable seeing it go over 100 or sometimes even in the 120s-130s especially after working out or other physical activities. and for the most part that is normal. As long as you don’t have any history of cardiac issues and you are generally healthy. I suggest staying away from the app. If you’re concerned about your health, go schedule an appointment with your primary doctor. As for the app itself, it generally works pretty good. Sometimes it can glitch or the numbers can be off here and there so you may need to rescan your finger once more. There are lots of adds so if you aren’t going to buy the premium, be prepared for lots of adds. But for the most part, it works fine. But a reminder, if you do not have history of cardiac issues or any other health conditions, do not use this app to diagnose yourself. If you have any health concerns, go check in with a doctor.

I found out I Could have POTS from this test, not Hyperthyroid which means I could finally not feel out of energy to the point where I cannot get up and light activity feels like running on the treadmill. I found out cause my heart jumps from 75 to 120 then stabilizes to 100 which is NOT normal. Gonna get it checked out but may have solvent the mystery could not do it without you!

Set it up, took measurements, said I was 179. I was lying in bed. My watch said I was58 and my senses told me I was not in distress.

It took my pulse fine but I need my blood pressure taken. I need to cancel before I get charged please and thank you very much!!! I will change my star rating once it is cancelled.

Might work well if you want to purchase, I don’t know. Attempting to use the basic HR function, which is ostensibly free, generates a series of automated pop up screens that cannot be closed without either signing up for a trial (with automatic charges after 3 days) or just closing and re-opening the app. I got one BP reading and deleted the app. Would not recommend, it’s a hostile way to engage new users, even if they do want to upgrade.

Requires a membership. No thanks. I purchased a subscription to a walking app that mentions tracking heart rate so I thought I’d try this out. It measured my heart rate once then demanded I login using a Facebook account (never) or an Apple ID. After I did that, reluctantly, I was met with a membership offer. Waste of my time.

I clicked on the “3 day trial” in the app and was made to purchase a full month. I immediately went to my purchases to cancel the 3 day trial to find that they charged me $9.99 and I cannot cancel it. Where is the free 3 day trial? I have screenshots. Contact me if you’d like to see how you are ripping off your customers. Awful company and I would like my money back.

Don’t buy it! This app indicates it can do an EKG for you and it cannot. When you attempt to contact tech-support, they do not help. They just continually talk to you about your heart rate, anybody can do a heart rate manually. This is a waste of money.

Completely false reading that led me to a cardiologist that told me to get rid of the app and to report it so others don’t have the same issues. Also tried to get a refund from Apple and they refuse to give me a refund, even though I’ve deleted the app. Buyer beware!

I’m not going to create yet another freaking account just to measure my heart rate.

Why do I need an account? Who is my info being shared with or sold to? The app doesn’t need my ID to work. Deleted

Sociopaths with an Apple store account. It maybe free to download but the free version requires one to have a credit card. This is not much better than finger tip pulse check. This may lead poor folk with no credit cards a false sense of health readings. The free version should do everything thing the FaceBrick hype add discusses. All around unethical.

First my heart rate was 100, then it was 50, then it kept changing. A few seconds turned into five minutes and they still could not get me a result. Not worth it.

The app worked great on my old iPhone 11. But I cannot get it to work on my iPhone 16. Any help would be appreciated.

Works well. Wish it transferred data to apple health. But it only takes heart rate so for me Not worth $6.99 monthly or $39 annually. I would consider buying for one time fee of $39, but there are other options that do much more.

I love using this app when I have done something strenuous to see what my heart rate is. Also, it’s interesting to note when I first wake up in the morning, what it is And how it varies throughout the day. It is very quick takes only a couple of seconds And is so easy to use.

I’m just pretty impressed at how easy this is and how it actually works. Curious as to how accurate it is so I may test it and update again, but for now, it’s pretty on point and I like it!

Trying to use it with my Iphone 15 and for some reason it shoots up to numbers like 160-180 when thats wildly inaccurate. I used to like this app for its reliability but now it wont function properly.

I purchased the premium package for $99.99 based on what I read the capabilities of the APP were. What is marketed, isn’t reality. I had the APP for one day and became frustrated because the HR measurement were not accurate and inconsistent with the readings from a calibrated blood pressure machine. I am a heart patient with a pacemaker and cannot use an unreliable APP. I have submitted a request for an immediate full refund of $99.99 to my original manner of payment. I can and accomplish the same heart monitoring with the apply watch ECG APP and Apple Health APP, which are both free. Funny thing is, while my bank account was charged the $99.99, my subscription does not show up in the App Store or Apple Subscription pages so I could cancel the subscription.

I’ve used this app for several years and it has helped me calm down to see what my heart rate is. Needless to say, with the latest update it’s now basically not free anymore and have to pay for any type of worthwhile experience with ads trying to persuade you into yet another subscription experience. I’m staying far away from this app now, and it’s a shame.

I feel scammed. When I read the app description, it gave the impression that it could measure blood pressure, but it doesn’t. It also stated that I had 8 days to cancel the subscription without being charged, yet I was charged on the very same day. I want my money back.

I have used this app since 2015. Now it won’t work. Tried redownloading it. It won’t email me a link to reset password. Plus nos want me to buy the app again. I bought it first time. Now you have upgraded and want more money from me. This isn’t fair. I bought the app. I don’t want a trial. You make it to nobody can contact customer help. I’ll delete the app you stick it up your butt. Crook

This app has gotten worse over time with the number of ads that it gives you before it allows you to actually record your heart rate. Do not purchase unless you want to watch a bunch of ads. Just like today, I was taking my heart rate and once it had finally Finished, I was presented with an ad. I let the ad run and run and run some more and then it finally came back and asked me if I wanted to take my heart rate again. Was not able to record my heart rate today. Do not believe the 4.9 stars for this app. If you’re reading a review that’s above two stars you’re reading a fake review.

You can check your pulse twice, but after that you have to sign up for a $59 annual subscription. I would not have downloaded if I had known.

The app never picks up on my finger and I have a brand new iPhone 16.
